A popular entertainer, singer, pianist and composer, Didi
Mudigdo was the most-downloaded independent jazz vocalist
on the Australian MP3 website mp3.com.au in 2005, and in the same
year was a Top 10 finalist in the Australian National Songwriting
Contest (jazz category).
Born in Australia to Indonesian parents, he had a
multi-national upbringing, living in Australia, New
Zealand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Sri Lanka before the age
of 12. Currently based in Sydney, he graduated from the
Sydney Conservatorium of Music in
1997 and has since toured Australia, Japan, China
and South-East Asia, performing at many festivals,
clubs and exclusive hotels as well as private
weddings, cocktail parties and corporate events.
